Customer Engagement Executive

We are looking for a motivated telesales officer who is looking to be part of a young, dynamic, sales focused telesales team that is rapidly expanding. The role would be ideal for someone with prior telesales experience, but individuals without prior experience will also be considered.

Purpose of Role:

To make outbound calls to existing clients and cross-sell/up-sell a variety of products and services. The suite of products includes free services, as well as other banking products such as credit cards, general insurance and ready credit. In addition to products and services, officers would also be required to inform customers about marketing promotions and increase their engagement with the bank. The job requires the officer to consistently hit their daily/monthly sales targets.

Key Competencies:
• Officers should be extremely sales focused
• Prior experience in telesales/direct sales environment (preferred)
• Good command of English. Additional knowledge of Mandarin would be preferred.
• Good communication skills, and should be able to convince customers over the phone
• Professional and courteous
• Basic computer literacy
• Target driven
• Prior experience with credit card/general insurance sales would be preferred

Education Level: Undergraduate Degree (preferred)
Schedule: Full time, 5 day workweek
Shift: Daytime
