Quantity Surveyor


Responsibilities:

- Pre and Post tender measurement
- Submit monthly claim and variation orders to consultants and certifying payments for sub-cons
- Liaison with consultants, suppliers
- Submit quotations to clients, consultants for approval
- Daily issues and correspondences

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
- Fresh grads welcomed.
