REGIONAL COST ACCOUNTANT


JOB DESCRIPTION
Support and follow up with Asia locations to ensure all costing activities are done on timely manner
Manage monthly closing of costing entries and reconciliation of inventory accounts
Perform inventory accounts and cost of sale accounts analysis
Work with retail operation to conduct cycle count to ensure count results are update into system
Work with various departments from operations to resolve all cost account related issues
Ensure compliance to all business control guidelines
Compute KPIs for major inventory measurement
Take part in system implementation projects
Perform mass update of standard cost for Asia
Perform mass change for standard cost update twice a year

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Finance or Accountancy
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably from manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with good academic results and strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Strong working knowledge of JD Edward and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access is a plus
Strong analytical and problems solving skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Must be competent in Mandarin to support China region
Self-motivated, independent and has keen eye for details
Work effectively in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
