| Job Description |
Secretary / Admin Asst. Job Description:
• Providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
• Scheduling of meetings and appointments, minutes taking, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, visa application, etc.
• Submit and monitor expense claims on behalf of Managing Director.
• Sourcing and organising of conference venue / hotels for ad hoc events.
• Handle Human Resource matters such as employment letter, job advertisements, coordination of interviews and other staff related issues
• Sourcing and purchasing of Office equipments.
• Coordination for staff events.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Requirement:
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in admin/secretarial.
• Proficient in standard Ms Office software packages especially Outlook.
• Meticulous, able to work independently and possess good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with different levels of people.
• Possess initiative and the ability to multi-task
• Positive attitudes and willing to take on tasks outside normal capacity
