We require a person to handle various accounts- and shipping-related matters for our

1. Issuing Purchase Orders to overseas and local companies
2. Preparing Letters of Credit (L/C) when shipment is ready
3. Liasing with Bank in Singapore and Suppliers in China regarding shipping, logistics and trade finance
4. Accounting for all expenses incurred for each particular transaction
5. Need to be familiar with an accounting software called Tally.
