Accountabilities:
Defining, shaping and starting projects of a large and/or strategic and/or complex nature - 30%
This includes:
Establishing the necessary delivery capabilities to delivery the practices projects, participating in the selection of pratice members and external partners or sub contractors
Employing accurate business management techniques, and to use planning, risk management, and monitoring and control appropriately.
Initialise necessary contracts and/or amendments to contracts
Conducting activities that lead to a customer purchasing project services, activities such as producing bids, running project definition workshops and participating in sales
presentations and meetings - 40%
Identify new sales opportunities in the banking market jointly with the Sales team of the legal entities
Define and drive marketing initiatives for the given Practice
Identifying and engaging with suitable partner companies
Guide, coach and coordinate the WN internal stakeholders (AM’s, PM’s) in order to maximise the Practices business
Manage the team in the given Practice - 10%
Is accountable for people satisfaction, skill development, community development and career development of PS employees
Successfully manages to recruit new talent
Manage financials of the given Practice - 10%
Manage the PandL for the individual projects in the practice
Ensure maximum billable utilisation of the practice members
Contributing to global solutions and services development in the give practice - 10%
Contribute to building a global practice in working with the Global Practice Leader and his peers in other regions
Advise the WN product planning and product development units on major client trends and requirements in regards to our products and services
Interface with product development in order to secure product features required by clients
Desirable:
Experience in performing a similar role with another service provider
Strong network in the banking sector
A good appreciation of a wide range of technical areas
Experience of participating in and running bids
Legal knowledge in contract law
