Main Tasks

* Ensure effective planning of all inspection and test activities in Inspection Test Plan (ITP) database.
* Establish reports and give overall status on project Quality Notifications on regular basis. Identify critical issues with delivery impact.
* Follow up and ensure timely processing of own quality notifications and of the project quality team.
* Participate in project risk review and perform mitigation activities.
* Plan and perform project verifications/reviews in co-operation with client.
* Plan participation of quality personnel in kick-off meetings and pre-production meetings at Suppliers to ensure understanding of quality requirements.
* Plan participation of quality personnel in design reviews to ensure quality requirements.
* Monitor critical operations during system tests with regards to quality:
Perform readiness surveys on test sites and follow up agreed preventive measures.
Ensure that test personnel are informed of the quality follow up and reporting routines (registration of daily log, punch list items and QN’s).
Monitor test performance and ensure that deviations and proposed improvements are registered and processed.

* Review Supplier Performance periodically during the life of project execution.
* Manage Customer issued NCRs and track them through closure.
