Monitor test performance and ensure that deviations and proposed improvements are registered and processed.
* Facilitate Project Lesson Learned (Quality)
* Review Supplier Performance periodically during the life of project execution.
* Manage Customer issued NCRs and track them through closure.
* Monitor and control activities associated with the defined Project Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
