| Job Description |
Quantity Surveyor
1. Prepare monthly progress claim and report it to clients and consultants
2. liaise closely with consultant and owner for technical submission, cost analysis and cashflow planning
3. prepare detailed budget for cashflow planning
4. calling of quotation for subcontractor/supplier and propose to management for decision-making
5. prepare detail pre and post budget for project cost monitoring
6. value subcontractor claims, materials on site and variation order claim
7. prepare tendering quantoty measurement, calling of quotation and pricing of tender
8. pre and post contracts administration
