Logistics Officer

Responsibilities
· Import/ Export coordination and documentation
· Excellent communication skills and courteous in providing customer service
· Shipment data entry using in-house system
· Tradenet Declaration
· Ensure that all documentation, job costing and billing are process in a timely manner and complies with customer’s requirements.
· Conforming to and meeting the internal and external KPIs set
Requirements
· 2 years experience in similar industry is a MUST
· Minimum qualification in Diploma of any disciplines
· Able to interact effectively at all levels and show positive attitude
· Proficient in MS Office
· Deadline oriented and willing to work extended hours
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Others:
Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm (Mon - Fri) and 8.45am - 12.15pm (Sat)
