Relationship Executive
Job responsibilities:
-assist in developing and carrying out marketing strategies and plan to retain the existing clientele
-maintain and build relationships with customers
-handling of customers' enquiries
-service customers in ways that fit their needs most by familiarising with all the different products and services to give the customers the best solutions
Job requirements:
-Diploma in Business admin/marketing
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-an outgoing personality and good disposition, with a flair for high level presentations
-possess excellent problem solving skills and able to handle both enquiries and complaints
-it is preferable that you have some IT knowledge
