| Job Description |
Customer Service Representative - Jurong Responsibilities:
Secure commitment within the organization to meet customer needs.
Serve as a communication liaison between the company and the customers.
Take an active role in maintaining superior service to our customers internal and external.
Understand in-house customer support operations including order taking, order entry, order management, credits, shipment discrepancy reconciliation, etc.
Follow up to make sure the organization meets customer needs.
Handle customer questions and complaints in a timely manner
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers
Requirements:
GCE O levels
Min 1 year relevant customer service experience
This is a 1 year contract position
Able to start work immediately
