Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities
-Planning and implementing marketing strategy of TPE Products to assigned territories
-Increasing sales volume and market shares
-Improving sales turnover
-Serving the TPE customers and work towards customer’s satisfactory
-Seeks and develop new market opportunities
-Managing agents and distributors
-Generating Monthly Sales Report and TPE Business Review Report (mid-year and yearly)
-Studying and analysing the TPE market trends in the assigned territories
Secondary Responsibilities
-Keeping aware of the change of business environment and be alert of the competition’s activities.
-Conducting market surveys on new product developed via suitable feedback with appropriate recommendations
-Ensuring payment from debtors are paid within agreed terms
Requirements
-Min. Bachelor degree in Polymer/Material Science or Chemical Engineering discipline.
-At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the Plastics / Rubber Industries.
-Basic technical knowledge of materials and processes in the plastics or rubber industries.
-Good Interpersonal and Communication and Presentation Skills
-Motivated, Positive and Resourceful individual with a good analytical mind
-Good business acumen in strategic planning and leading distribution networks.
