TRANSMISSION PLANNER
Job Location: Taiwan
The ideal candidate must has good knowledge in NSN 3G WCDMA/HSDPA product on Access Transmission system level understanding. He/She will directly support the team and consult our customers while ensuring that the planning activities are met on time with the required deliverables and quality in continuously changing environment.
He/She is responsible to plan ATM / IP networks for Node B, (S)AXC and RNC, deliver AXC LACE configuration files and RNC source data for integration, co-ordinate with internal/external department for project rollout issue, able to consult customer on TRS network planning and design, required to perform network dimensioning and counters and KPI measurements, and able to troubleshoot / identifier network problem on RNC, Node B, AXC, Iub, Iur, Iu-CS, Iu-PS interfaces by using tools/ analyzers.
Must be proficient in NSN 3G WCDMA/HSDPA Access Transmission system and architecture. Typically 3~4 years working experience in Telecom/Vendor sectors for 3G TRS planning for Node B, AXC and RNC with good knowledge in:
NSN Access Transmission products,
Transmission technologies,
ATM / IP and Data communication network planning
Experience in 3G TRS planning,
Experience in NMS / DCN network planning,
Experience in Synchronization network planning etc.
