| Job Description |
HR cum Admin Assistant (5 days, Urgent!) My client is in a Marine industry.
- Assist in HR Recruitment functions.
- Arrangement for interviews and appointments.
- Enter leave application into EasyPay System and Manual.
- Updating on Annual leave, Sick leave, etc.
- Checking on salary.
- Ordering of Suppliers, Stationery, etc.
- All ad-hoc administration duties.
Requirements:
- N / O level / Dip / Cert in HRM / Business Administration
- Has relevant working experience
- Must be familiar with MS Words and Excel
- Must be Hardworking and take initiative
- Must be able to start work in short period
- Willing to work long hours with OT payables
Other Details:
5 days, 8am - 5.30pm
$1.2 to $1.5K + OT
Location: Pandan Crescent (West)
Transport provided
