Operations Services Manager Hi,

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Determine Operations strategy to meet the business requirements, current and pertinent to the industry.
- To build up 1-Net’s operations and engineering services including development and implementation of work processes, deployment of resources within the organization structure to achieve efficient operational service delivery.
- To manage all operations services through a department product catalogue to ensure efficient and effective service support and meeting all the Service Level Agreements (SLA).
a. Establishment of processes and capabilities including:
- Departmental workflow diagram
- Product offering in term of Product catalogue
- SLA for services offered
b. Effective allocation of available resources in order to achieve objectives with cost efficiency across all Operations Services departments
c. Monitor and manage departmental progress to achieve its objectives and priorities.
- Complete MS Scope of work
- Complete customer documentation
- Complete 24/7 scope of work
d. Develop and guide the professional development of all departmental and team members
e. Coordination of interaction with customers and users to maintain good customer service and relationship
f. Establishment of a set of practice that ensure the integrity and quality of work (internal and external)
g. Planning and monitor staff work areas for effectiveness, efficiency and speed of delivery
h. Ensure high quality standards of deliverables
Requirements:
- Degree or with relevant professional qualifications with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years’ in managerial role in a Managed Service Provider environment
