Manager, Call Centre
We are an international business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider specialising in providing strategic data enhancement, lead generation and market intelligence solutions to clients in Asia Pacific. Due to aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for an experienced manager to lead and drive the Contact Centre in the Philippines forward.
Besides developing, managing and motivating a team, the successful candidate will also play an active role in the daily operations and spearhead improvement initiative of the Centre. This is a highly visible role as significant communication with the Senior Top Management is expected.
Applicants with a sense of urgency, who thrive in a dynamic and fact-paced environment, and have proven track record of providing solutions in a timely manner, are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in outbound call centre management would be highly advantageous. Fluency in English language skills is imperative.
