| Job Description |
Service Advisor
- Attend and assist to all intakes of customers' vehicle for repair and servicing and make necessary recommendations
- Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims and vehicle history files
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist in machine installation
- NITEC or Intermediate NITEC in Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- Min 3 years' relevant working experience, esp have some experience in rims and tyres.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to relate to customers effectively
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
