| Job Description |
Senior Purchasing Officer
- In charge of sourcing and purchasing materials to support company's operations at most competitive cost and in timely manner
- Create purchase orders, expedite delivery of materials, validate specifications compliance, and maintain proper purchase records
- Ensure company's established purchasing policies are compiled
- Monitor suppliers' performance on pricing, delivery time and quality
- Generate routine purchasing reports
- Participate in company's improvement and cost reduction programs
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent purchasing qualification
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Has integrity, is reliable, meticulous and resourceful
- Strong negotiator and with good interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- Computer literate preferably with knowledge of SAP MM
- Familiar with automotive parts is advantageous
