| Job Description |
Administrative Officer 5-Day week multinational company looking for an Adminstrative Officer.
Office next to Jurong East MRT.
Requirements
Multi-National company with very good working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR system
* Leave and benefits administration
* Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll report
* Submission of CPF contributions
* Prepare monthly regional manpower report
* Prepare yearly IR8A
* Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
* Knowledge of computerized payroll system will be an added advantage
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Meticulous, independent and diligent
* Responsible with good working attitude
* Preferably able to speak Mandarin
