| Job Description |
Customer Service Officer
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1) Work with Production, Logistic, QA and other operational departments to ensure customer requirements in term of Delivery Date, Quantity and Quality are met
2) Issue Sales Order to departments such as Purchasing and Production for material and production planning purposes
3) Prepare Daily Flash Sales (shipment) Report and submit them to Management for review
4) Input customer order into computerized system such as Vantage for Order tracking purpose
5) Liaise with customer on shipment status and if necessary, work with customers and internal department for rescheduling of shipment
6) Update Price List into the Vantage computerized system
7) Liaise with Engineering on creation and maintenance of Part Master and Maintenance List in the Vantage computerized system
8) Work with Engineering and Accounting department on invoicing of customers for Tooling or Prototype related works
9) To work with Sales personnel on opening of account for New Customer and co ordinate on submission of new account approval to Management
10) Communicate with Corporate on issuing of Platinum number for New Customer.
11) Monitor shipment (revenue) and work with in house department with intent to meet target shipment goal set by Management
