| Job Description |
Assistant Customer Service Manager ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1) Work with departmental managers of Production, Logistic, QA and other operational departments to ensure customer requirements in term of Delivery Date, Quantity and Quality are met
2) Monitor On Time Delivery and advise Management of any adverse trend or issue
3) Manage and guide the Customer Service officers in their routine activities such as Sales Order entry, Part Price Maintenance, Part Master maintenance, Tooling invoicing, Backlog clearing, etc
4) Review and Update Daily Flash Sales (shipment) Report and submit them to Management for review
5) Prepare and review report on Shipment Goal for each month and submit to Management the report prior to the start of each month
6) Review Backlog report and work with in house departments to clear the backlog
7) Manage the liaison with customers on shipment status and work with customers and internal department for rescheduling of shipment
8) Monitor shipment (revenue) and work with in house departmental Managers and customers with intent to meet target shipment goal set
