Executive(Strategic HR) • Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies relating to recruitment, employee engagement and change management
• Responsible for organising staff communications and management dialogue sessions
• Assist in implementation and review of new HR initiatives
• In charge of implementation and review of employee opinion survey
• Review processes and draft SOPs
• Perform any other HR assignments assigned
