| Job Description |
Clients Service Executive Responsibilities
. Serve and attend to sales enquiries from incoming phone calls and emails
. Prepare quotations and follow-ups
. Build and maintain good relationship with clients
. Handle all customer issues and enquiries pertaining to product and service
delivery
. Coordinate and liase closely with internal staff and external parties to
ensure timely service delivery to clients
. Achieving and Growing sales accounts
Requirements
. Sales and customer-service oriented
. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
. Effectively bilingual
. Independent, Responsible and Pro-Active
. Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
. Preferred those who possess class 3 driving license and own transport
