| Job Description |
TECHNICAL SUPPORTS, 5 VACANCIES
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients of all nationalities and provide high quality customer service. You must therefore be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to your work and be comfortable with working to tight deadlines
Provide short term support on site in three main areas:
• Installation
• Upgrade
• Fault correction
Capabilities
• Applicants should have a 1st Class, 2.1 or 2.2 in a relevant degree (preferably in, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or Electronic Engineering),
• Ability to communicate clearly on the phone e/mail and in person
• Technical knowledge of the Windows operating systems
• ORACLE knowledge would be advantageous
• An aptitude for understanding new engineering software
• Energetic, flexible, team player, able to use own initiative.
• Be comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
• Be able to demonstrate a methodical and consistent approach to their work
• A willingness to travel is essential
