| Job Description |
Sales and Application Engineer
- Perform training and technical support for existing pool of customers
- Provide pre and post sales support to customers
- Identify potential customers
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, tele-sales and sales visits
- Develop, review and deliver technical content for support, training programs, product presentation and seminar
- Deliver on-site consulting, debugging and technical assistance
- Seek out services and products opportunities that will enhance customer success, generate revenue, and reduce the overall support burden
- a minimum of a diploma certification from a recognized institute
- sales experience is preferred
- basic concept of electrical and electronic engineering is essential
- self-motivator with excellent inter-personal and communicating skills
- positive attitude / willingness to learn
