| Job Description |
Facilities Manager
The requirements
are as follows:
1. Possesses a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Building with at
least 3 years of experience in maintenance of building and amenities.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
(ONLY for Singaporeans and P.R or candidates with work-permit.)
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Liaise with contractors and / or designers on upgrading works and follow up with close supervision, monitor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
-To propose improvement works to enhance the Club’s facilitates.
-To perform Duty Manager on weekends by rotation.
-Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the General Manager.
