Senior Manager /Deputy Director, QRM and College The Challenges
You will deputize the Chief Quality Officer and Executive Director of Healthcare College in all quality-related functions and human resource development aspects of education and training for the Group.
You will assist in establishing, developing, implementing and evaluating all quality-related programmes, activities and plans for the Cluster as well as assist with oversight of College’s Total Training Plan.
You will also function as a resource person and work in close collaboration with members of the Healthcare Group team and its institutions coordinating and integrating quality, safety and HR development initiatives, in line with Healthcare Group’s vision, mission, strategic direction and business plan.
The Requirements
· Candidates holding a Degree or higher in Medical, Nursing, Allied Health or Clinical disciplines with a post-graduate diploma or higher in HRD will be considered.
· Minimum 5 years experience in managing quality programmes in a hospital, with proven track record for healthcare quality management. Medical professionals with hospital management experience and demonstrated interest in quality programmes are also considered.
· Possess good facilitation skills, strong planning abilities and the ability think strategically.
· Candidates with experience in Joint Commission International (JCI) surveys preferred.
· A thorough knowledge and application of the full range of HRD functions is preferred.
