Customer Service and Technical Support (Urgent)


You will be handling inbound calls in a call centre environment. You will provide customer care and technical assistance to users of a PDA phone.

You should be tech-savvy or IT savvy and have passion for customer service and technology.

You must possess excellent communication skills and have a great deal of patience and attentive to details.

Training will be provided and career growth is strongly encouraged.

This is an entry level position, welcome all fresh grads or junior staff looking for opportunities.
