Cantonese / Mandarin speakers needed immediately
You will handle incoming calls and email support for customers in the Asia Pacific region. You will be trained to have strong product knowledge and customer service skills to provide the best customer care.
Requirements:
ITE, A level, or Diploma qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Able to speak Mandarin and / or Cantonese to support customers in China and Hong Kong
Keen interest in IT and mobile phones
Able to handle heavy pressure
Working location:
Tampines Central
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm
