Cantonese / Mandarin speakers needed immediately


You will be part of a dynamic Technical Support team providing support across the Asia Pacific Region. You will engage in an inbound and outbound calling environment via phone and email. You will diagnose and provide the best solution to both technical and customer-care related enquiries.

Requirements:
ITE, A level, or Diploma qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Able to speak Mandarin and / or Cantonese to support customers in China and Hong Kong
Keen interest in IT and mobile phones
Able to handle heavy pressure

Working location:
Tampines Central

Working hours:
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm
