Job Location: India
EXPERIENCE IN SIEMENS IN UPGRADE IS A MUST............
Handling customer’s operational queries on IN products
Support group members for technical problems during build phase
Escalation and follow up with TAC3 for technical queries/ FR / Emergencies /TQ
Coordinate and control the release of software updates/patches to customer and pre implementation testing if required
Management of the technical documentation, technical literature, manuals, and release notes etc 0f the products for which expert are responsible
ATP, validation, field trail, interpretability document preparation, discussion with the customer
Proactively distribution of technical service information to field engineers
Knowledge:
IN Services specially PPS functionality
VOMS system overview
Hardware of IN hardware
Operating system and architecture specially Solaris. Knowledge about OEM products like Prime cluster, Orcale , singal ware, etc
SS7, IP, RDBMS
Group procedure and project execution
