| Job Description |
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of management leading to the completion and delivery of contracted work or projects, including documentation and drafting of related mechanical engineering sketches or drawings.
• Manage a team comprising a workshop team of two supervisors, and a contract engineer
• Liaise with suppliers, carry out ordering and inventory control processes, managing the assembly process.
• And any other related activities and duties as specified by management.
Pre-requisites:
• Minimum diploma in Engineering (electrical, mechanical or electronic).
• Working knowledge of Autocad of other similar software
• Minimum 3 years background in a similar role in a manufacturing or assembly environment, for industrial related automation products.
• Strong people management skills, hands-on, and able to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
