B2B Telemarketing (Non Sales) Synopsis of Role
You will be part of a regional Business-to-Busines Telemarketing team, representing our Client, world third largest independent software provider. You will engage in a outbound phone-calling activity to generate leads or source for business prospects for the Client.
Education and Experience
PC-literate
Min. 'A Level or Diploma in any field
Contact Centre or Customer Service or Telemarketing experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoy rapport building or dealing with customer
Target driven
Highly articulate
Able to work in a highly dynamic environment
Able to multi-task
Language Proficiency
Bilingual and fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking market, eg Taiwan, China, Hong Kong)
