IT Test Engineers / Test Technicians (IT Hardware)
IT Test Engineers / Test Technicians (Printers) (West Area)
Job Description:
We are looking for many Experienced IT Hardware Test Engineers / Test Technicians and Junior Engineering Assistants to join our team in providing comprehensive quality assurance solutions and testing services for various printers and IT Hardware products.
1. Printer Test Engineers
Job Requirements:
- At least ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent field
- 1-3 years experience in Printer Testing
- Experience in IT hardware testing on Printers
- Strong knowledge in developing verification test requirements and create test reports
- Good knowledge in test methodologies and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team
2. Sustaining Test Engineers
Job Requirements:
- At least ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent field
- 1 – 3 years experience in IT Hardware Testing
- Experience in presenting bug reports with analysis that narrow down the root-cause and research workaround of the issue
- Comfortable with Technology, able to setup systems/network environment for test purposes (eg. LAN, MS domain controller, Exchange 2007 server)
- Able to multi-task and handle different kind of testing from urgent ad-hoc sustaining escalations
- Good knowledge in test methodologies and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and a team player; able to work with others to leverage on their knowledge
