| Job Description |
The Challenges
The successful candidate will drive and deliver effective learning programmes/ solutions, which are in line with Polyclinics’ strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of all stages of training process (needs analysis, training materials, presentation and evaluation). You will also source, evaluate and manage external consultants to develop customized courses that best suit the needs of Polyclinics.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the in-house and external training programmes for the various levels of staff, and constantly review systems and processes for improvement.
Requirements
A good Degree, preferably in a discipline related to Human Resources Development.
At least 6 – 8 years’ relevant experience.
Must have experience in maintaining the PD system, including the renewal of PD status.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong presentation and stand-up delivery skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects independently.
