| Job Description |
Patient Service Associate You will facilitate patients' journeys through the various service points in clinics and provide strong support to our clinicians in their delivery of quality care to our patients.
You will be required to perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, financial counselling, screening of patients' general condition and administrative duties. In addition, you will participate in team project works to make continuous improvements to the clinic's operations and service quality. If you aspire to be a team leader and demonstrate the potential, we are commited to groom you to lead a team.
Job Requirements
GCE “O” / “N” Level / ITC
Must able to speak fluent English and Chinese
Computer literate
At least 1 year’s experience in frontline and customer service
Customer-service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and cheerful personality
Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
