I left the air force (RSAF) at the age of 40, after serving 18 years as aircraft technician; I want a job which pays me according to my hard work, not how I please my boss or whether the orangisation has the “Estab” for me.
I chose a good real estate company, with the care and concern from my manager; I grow continuously for the last 11 years. I have earned enough to own 2 condo and 2 cars. Going overseas tour as and when the family is free.
I am now running a group of about 150 agents, guiding them to achieve different heights according to their potential. In return, I earned handsome passive income.
I am also active in the sale and resale market, doing HDB, condo and landed housing, earning good commission that normal salary staff may have to take years to achieve what I earned in a month.
