| Job Description |
Our client is a Global MNC and is a leading Facility Management company. In line with their business expansion plans for 2008, they are looking for Facility Managers to join their team.
Facility Manager x2
Salary: $4200 to $6000
Location: East / Central
Responsibilities
Assisted by a team of Engineers and Technicians, the incumbent is responsible for the strategic development and deployment of M and E facilities
Manage the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the facilities
Manage the budget preparation and planning and implement cost savings initiatives by developing new practices and standards of the facilities
Monitor the Key Performance Indicators to ensure quality of maintenance, compliance of safety, health and environment standards are sustained
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Building Services
5 to 8 years relevant experience preferably in the Semi-con/Wafer Fab or Data Centre environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start in a short notice/Immediate
Singaporean and PR only
