Telephony Pre-Sales Engineer
Telecommunication Presales Engineer [PBX] (Various Areas)

Job Description:
- Support pre-sales technical and product activities, and provide technical consultancy to local and overseas sales and channel partners
- Involve in Tender/RFQ/RFP processing, proposal and presentation
- Setup and maintain demo/lab system, including product feature testing and integration with applications
- Design and deploy/implement VoIP environment, including security firewall, network and QoS issues
- Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions
- Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre-sales support
Job Requirements:
- At Least Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication Engineer or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in Telecommunications or related industry
- Experience in the Computer Telephony, PBX, Wireless Communication (PHS, DECT, VoWLAN) and WiFi
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to liaise with channel partners in a regional
- support context and build good relationships
- Able to conduct product and technical training effectively to channel partners for technical and product knowledge transfer
- Experience in managing presales activities in a regional context
- Able to travel regularly to overseas partners and customers location for support activities, such as demo systems setup, product and technical training
