IT Channel Sales position (Executive - Managerial) 1. Channel Sales Support Executive (Various Area) – GA231
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Business/IT/Engineering or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in Channel Sales Support activities
- Experience in assisting in Channel Partners’ operation and execute Channel Partner Programs based on budget set for each dealer
- Good knowledge and experience in assisting Channel Sales Manager in managing, motivating, monitoring and evaluation of Channel partner with a set of Discount Program, Achievement Program and Promotional Program
- Able to co-ordinate seminars/sales promotions and support division in achieving overall budget
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Channel Sales Manager (Platforms Solutions Group) – GA232
Job Requirements:
- At least Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent
- 4-6 years experience in managing indirect sales for customers in local and regional (South Asia) through channels and agents
- Experience in IT Platforms Solutioning Channel Sales
- Able to cement existing relationship with channel partners
- Experience in expanding current channels network to increase market coverage
- Experience in managing performance of channel partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
3. Channel Business Development Manager [Regional Storage and Server] (Various Area) - GA233
Job Description:
- Responsible for formulate and strategizing the channel plans for Storage and Server to drive the success in this area and achieve business goals (Key Channel Objectives and Growth targets)
- Recruit the right partners and work with the countries and business units to improve the performance
- Quota achievement and Inventory Management
- Act as the key liaison point between Channel Partners and Business Unit in the country and the region for the Storage and Server business
- Understand the Business Unit key issues and business drivers; and to help them understand channel situation and competitive activities
- Track progress of strategic channel business plan against goals and activities
Job Requirements:
- At least Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 4-7 years of work experience in which 4-5 years of working experience in 2 or more of the following areas: channel, servers, storage, blades or thin client is essential
- Experience in managing cross functional teams including virtual teams
- Experience in Sales Funnel Management
- Good technical knowledge IT Services Technology (Solutions/Service and emerging technology)
- General understanding of market positioning strategies and able to create and execute service level agreements to define customer and supplier expectations
- Possess aggressiveness at pursuing opportunities and demonstrates strong leadership
- Good analytical mind with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
