| Job Description |
Customer Service Coordinators (3 vacancies) Our client, an established logistics organization in the shipping line, has immediate job vacancies for the post of Customer Service Coordinators.
Job Duties:
- Attend to telephone enquiries and requests from customers
- Monitoring and confirm all Booking and Vessels
- Application of dangerous goods through PSA
- Liaising with shipping companies etc
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' or 'A' Level
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of Windows software applications
- Fresh Diploma holders with call service experience may be considered
- Nationality: Singaporeans / Singapore PRs
Salary range: $1500 - $1800 (depending on qualifications and experiences)
