| Job Description |
Accounts Executive - Management Accounting
Our client, an established organization in the logistics industry, has an immediate job vacancy for the post of Accounts Executive - Management Accounting.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with agents and principal in preparing annual budget for
management review
- Check and monitor the data before uploading from FAS system to COGNOS system
- Prepare prompt and accurate variance / analysis reports in monthly basis
- Investigate / query / explain for the variance between budget and actual figures
- Review and improve continuously on the whole budget / budgetary control systems
- Coordinate with I.T. Dept. to improve the budget / budgetary control systems
automation development
- Assist in group consolidation by using COGNOS system
- Support Manager / Assistant Accountant on other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Prefer someone with ACCA certifications if not a Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Prefers someone who has completed studies and is not pursuing any
certifications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Nationality: Singaporeans / Singapore PRs only
- Salary range: $2400 - $2900 (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Working location: Town/ 5 Days Week
