Requirements:
----------------------
• Min University degree in Architectural / Structural Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• Min 5 - 10 years of site working experience, must have had previous experience leading construction team on architectural management field (fit out, cladding, and general finishes to international standard) in international foreign construction company.
• Site experience managing various trade contractors performance with regards to safety, quality, budget and production.
• Experience of interfacing on Architectural matters with the view of constructability and progress.
• Familiar with international as well as local construction methodologies.
