Responsibilities
Market and Promote the Company's training programs
Build a network of HR managers, training companies to market courses
Pitch customised courses to companies
Organise preview sessions for training courses
Prepare and update the training marketing material, brochures etc.
Work out a training calendar for the whole year based on trainer availability and course requirements.
Requirements:
O or A Level or Degree Holder
Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing training programs with proven sales track record
Persistent, full of ambition, drive and self-motivation
Strong network of clients
Must enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment
Effectively bilingual.
Experience in a fast-paced training company is preferred.
