Condominium Managers
• Manages and overall supervision of all staff within his area of responsibilities
• Fully responsible for the day to day smooth operations of his area of responsibilities
• Manages all timely submission of reports, returns, project reports, evaluation reports, processing of contractors’ claims for payment and all related paper work
• Attend all meetings relating to his area of responsibilities
• Leads and guides his team members by conduct and his leadership to achieve the corporate objectives of serving the clients collectively
