Linux/UNIX/Solaris System Administrators/Engineers

Job Description:
We are also looking for several experienced System Engineers and System Administrators for Linux/UNIX/Solaris plarforms.
Please refer to the below and apply with your updated MS Word format resume accordingly:
1. Senior Linux System Engineer (Apache) (GA301)
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent field
- 6-8 years experience in supporting Linux (Redhat/Debian), UNIX OS, Solaris 10 OS and LDAP
- Strong knowledge and experience in OS Hardening, Performance Tuning, Kernel Customization and Domain Controllers Management
- Good knowledge in Linux Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP, Apache Tomcat and LDAP implementation and administration
- Experience in ITIL, IIS, Shell Scripting VM Ware, Active Directory, TCP/IP and DNS
- Experience in monitoring and management tools
- Knowledge in Citrix, CA SiteMinder, Protocom single-sign-on solution, Samba, JBoss would be an added advantage
- Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Certifications in Redhat/Solaris would be a definite plus
2. Solaris System Administrator (File Systems) (GA302)
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent field
- 4-5 years experience in supporitng UNIX, Solaris and Linux system administration
- Experience in Linux Redhat/IBM AIX/HP-UX/Solaris 8/9/10
- Experience in systems upgrades, package installation, jump-starting and configuration
- Strong knowledge and experience in file systems (UFS, NFS, Disk partitioning, file system tuning, auto mounts, NIS, DNS)
- Able to write Shell and Perl scripts
- Good knowledge in Apache administration, performance tuning and health monitoring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sun certification is an advantage
3. UNIX System Engineers (GA303)
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent field
- 2-3 years experience in supporitng UNIX and Windows administration
- Experience in UNIX Shell Scripting, UNIX Security and administration control
- Experience in systems implementation, administration and management of UNIX/Linux or Windows Servers
- Good knowledge and experience in Weblogic/Open Source Tools, SSO and LDAP
- Good knowledge and experience in performance tuning and monitoring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge and experience in SAN Storage/Disaster Recovery/Backup Solutions will be a definite plus
