System Engineer (Tier 3)
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess working knowledge of ITIL, Network/ Email administration, networking skill(MCSE, CCNA, CNA)
• Require minimum supervision for Wintel Server Administration
• Able to implement, configure and troubleshoot for Directory System and Messaging System
• Ability to design network operating system to meet service delivery requirement
• Good communication skills, proactive and customer-oriented
• Passion on the technology and forward looking personality
Duties and responsibilities:
• IT Operational role to provide local and global support, delivery and maintain network operating system.
• Key duties included server administration, services delivery and capacity management.
