Redwoods Advance Pte Ltd is one of the leading face to face sales and marketing firm in Singapore. WE are part of the multinational organization that operates in more than 25 countries, e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, UK, etc… And currently we are expanding the business into Thailand, Philippines and Italy. Therefore we are looking for suitable candidates to cater the expansion.
Sales and Marketing Executive (Management Trainee Programme)
Job Scope :
For successful applicant, he/she will be involved in a training programme which comprises of the following stages :
Phase 1 : Sales and Marketing Role
Learning the interpersonal and communication skills through learning the basic sales roles through road shows and events, preparing the candidates to deal with the challenges in management role.
Phase 2 : Team Development Role
To be trained to impartial the skills learnt in Phase 1 to the team members, and to manage the road shows / events co-ordinations among all teams.
Phase 3 : Business Development Role
To train the teams for Phase 1 and 2, and learning to manage your own sales team from head to toe. Further development to expand and acquire new clientele network.
Fast career advancement will be given to committed personnel.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma holder
Must be very willing to learn, great attitude and proactivity
Able to accept changes and challenges
Working experience is an added advantage but not essential as complete training will be provided
