Job Description
1)Responsible for calling customer companies to conduct surveys and market research after a clients' marketing campaign
2)Responsible for database update and data entry of customer companies' profiles including their business challenges and project plans
3)Internet research on hot IT topics and current trends
4)E-mail communication to customer companies
5)Assist project manager in securing and fixing appointments of qualified leads
6)Re-qualifying, follow up and tracking of leads
7)Working with Excel spreadsheet, MS PowerPoint and Outlook for weekly reporting
Job Requirements
1)Good written and spoken English
2)A pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette
3)Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Internet and e-mail
Generally, business and marketing students who desire to carve a niche in the vibrant IT industry or IT students who are business and entrepreneurially savvy are most welcomed
Chinese, Japanese (level 2), Korean (level 2) and Thai speaking students or native speakers of the language are also welcomed
Part-timers must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
